InstaCalendar Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Supplier
InstaCalendar is supplied by Piotr Markot, Poland. For order support and complaints, contact markotpiotr@gmail.com or use the phone number available below.
2. Digital product
InstaCalendar creates a personalised printable calendar PDF from 12 photos supplied by the customer. The file scope, available years, templates, price and download-link lifetime are displayed before an order is placed.
No physical print or postal delivery is included.
3. Order and payment
Before purchasing, the customer chooses a year and template, uploads photos, provides a name and email address, and accepts these Terms and the Refund Policy. The one-time price is displayed before checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This applies to orders processed through Paddle; Polish-market payments may use the payment provider identified at checkout. InstaCalendar never receives or stores full card details.
4. Customer photos
The customer confirms that they are entitled to use all uploaded photos and that the content does not violate another person's copyright, privacy or other rights. Illegal, abusive or rights-infringing content must not be uploaded.
Photos are used only to fulfil the calendar order. The customer keeps all rights they hold in their photographs.
5. Delivery and storage
After payment confirmation, the PDF is generated and a private download link is emailed to the address supplied. The link remains active for the period displayed in the maker and confirmation email. Source photos are deleted after generation and the PDF is deleted after the stated retention period.
The customer should download and safely store the PDF before the link expires.
6. Print quality and requirements
Print quality depends on the resolution, focus, crop and colour of source photos and on the printer and paper used. The DPI badge is guidance only and cannot add detail absent from an original image.
A current web browser, internet access, a working email address and software capable of opening PDF files are required.
7. Complaints and liability
Report a missing link, unreadable file, incorrect year/template or other non-conformity to markotpiotr@gmail.com. Include the purchasing email, calendar year and a description of the problem.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing terms
Polish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country. The version accepted when an order is placed governs that order.
